Each year, Toronto Public Health offers free Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine to grade 8 female students through immunization clinics in schools.
Permission forms and a fact sheet went home with students this week. If you did not receive the package, please check with your daughters, or call the school office.

There were immunizations scheduled for last year that were cancelled, I believe because TPH was overwhelmed with H1N1 concerns. Does anyone remember what they were and if arrangements have been made to reschedule them?
