"TDSB 2012 Parent Census Survey (JK-Grade6)

ATTENTION PARENTS!

All parents of students from JK-Grade 6 will be invited to complete a Parent Census Survey during February 10-29, 2012.  This survey is the second part of a student data collection research project approved by a motion passed by the Board in May, 2009.  A Student Census for students in Grades 7-12 was recently completed in November, 2011.

During the week of January 30, 2012, individualized Parent Census forms packaged by homeroom will arrive at your school for distribution to each parent of students in JK-Grade 6.  Your school administartor will be able to provide more detailed isntructions.

To ensure all schools receive reliable and comprehensive information for ongoing improvement as a system, the TDSB is striving for a high return rate from each school. Should you have any questions, please contact the Reseach and Information Services office at census@tdsb.on.ca

Let your voice be heard and ensure that you complete the survey.  If you do not receive the survey,  please contact your school Principal.
